From the beginning of the project, drawing up the initial plan, they showed their expertise and patience with me as I moved through so many changes and brought new ideas to the plan. They also showed their problem... solving skills when we were faced with modifying the final plan to satisfy council requirements. They were helpful, and once again patient, as I went through the selection process and moved to the actual build. I have built several homes, but none have been to the high standard of this home. The build was extremely efficient and all tradespeople were pleasant and highly skilled. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Phil and his team will do a great job! From start to finish, the team at Blue Ribbon Homes made the process of designing and building our first home a dream.We really enjoyed working with Phil to achieve the design we wanted for our family of five. Changing the plan along the way was never a problem and it was... amazing to see ideas and requests put into the final drawings.When it came time for internal/external selections Greg ensured that we had the best selections made for our home that were good value without compromising on quality. Any concerns or questions about our choices on flooring, tiling, bricks etc were put to ease with a phone call at any time and it was great to have access to chat with him for his advice.Meeting up with prject manager, Ben on site during the build was always a highlight and he was so helpful in explaining the process to us and giving reassurance when we needed it.No time was wasted on this build, we experienced some periods of extreme weather here in Dorrigo and of course we were affected by some delays due to Covid 19 but the builders went ahead when they could.We have been living in our amazing home for 8 months and we have been through all kinds of extreme weather- Freezing cold in July (not inside the house though!), harsh winds in August, thunder storms through the summer, flooding rains in both Februrary and March and our house is standing strong. It's our safe haven.If we ever build again, we will definitely be calling on Blue Ribbon Homes.Thank you to everyone involved in our home build.read more

We just completed building our holiday home with Blue Ribbon Homes, and the entire process was sensational.Blue Ribbon Homes truly is the A-Team of building. Phil designed and gained approval for the build, Greg costed it all and kept a close eye on the budget, while Ben... controlled the build and communicated closely with me the entire way.Before our decision to use Blue Ribbon, we had heard good things about them and considered the reviews from others. But, in working through selections and decisions, Blue Ribbon’s reputation around town also came through, as every trade or showroom that I made contact with also told me how good Blue Ribbon were to deal with and how organised they are.While I am based in Sydney, building with Blue Ribbon Homes on the Coffs Coast was pleasurable and fun. My wife and I have built two homes with Blue Ribbon Homes in the past 5 years.Initially, for our first home, Greg and the rest of the team took the time to shed some light on the whole process and created a very personalised experience for us, the whole time being very... transparent about costs and ensuring we didn’t get too far out of our comfort zone financially. Best builders ever! Blue Ribbon built my house at Sapphire Beach 4 years ago. My experience was very positive from design, through construction and then with outstanding after sales service. I was very impressed that there were none of the "hidden extras" you hear of with... so many other builders. These guys are honest and will work within your budget to give you a very high quality build. They don't cut corners, everything is done right. My home was a custom build with some very unique features but they also have a great range of stock floor plans to choose from if you prefer. I was living overseas while my home was built and Blue Ribbon went "above and beyond" sending hundreds of photos during the process. Definitely a "worry free" experience with an outstanding result.read more
