This Tri-Level home compliments the building site perfectly. Hugging the contours at each step-down, minimising the site set up costs for our client while maximising the available building footprint. The design response for this home had to contend with 3.5m of cross fall, irregular shaped block with narrow frontage on the low side of the street, easements on the site and some bushfire requirements included in the mix.

The result is a beautiful home that backs onto a bushland reserve offering exceptional privacy for a suburban home site. The multi-faceted skillion roof not only looks great but also helped to facilitate the changes of level in the building fabric required to achieve the three different floor levels.

As with all our custom design clients, the price point for the project is a high priority. As this was an owner occupied short to mid-term investment property, meeting the right price point to achieve our client’s financial goal was particularly important in this case.

The discerning taste of the clients can be seen in all elements of the home. A fact not missed by prospective buyers when the home was subsequently offered for sale returning a good result for our client.
